This keyboard is really interesting.
It's a full-size keyboard with function keys on the left and a numeric keypad on the right.
It has chiclet keys, but no Fn key and no color coding.
It isn't wireless. There's a jack for the PCjr keyboard cable but no IR LEDs.
There's no IBM logo on the front nor serial number on the back.
I presume this is a prototype of some sort, but what's the story behind it?
Was IBM considering a full-size keyboard instead of the smaller one, or was the full-size keyboard going to be an option?
Was this going to be the keyboard for a PCjr 2? If so, why is it the chiclet kind instead of the normal-looking revised version that IBM brought out just four months after the PCjr began shipping?
